A 4-Week Crash Course

Interrupt the Loop.
Return to Movement.

Train a practical, repeatable skill to interrupt the loops that keep you stuck, frustrated, and disappointed in yourself.

Live Virtual Sessions
4 Weeks · 1-Hour Sessions
Starts April 29 · 6PM PT

Do you sense that something deeper than your circumstances is getting in the way?

Feeling stuck, frustrated, or disappointed is not the problem by itself. The real issue is the loop you get caught in next:

Overthinking

Self-judgment

Future-casting

Rehearsing conversations

Freezing

Reacting

Knowing what to do but not moving

That is the loop. And until you can interrupt it, it keeps pulling you back into the same pattern.

The Cost of Staying Stuck

When the loop keeps running:

You lose time

You repeat the same conflict

You stay stuck in hesitation

You drain energy trying to think your way out

You feel frustrated

You watch something important in your life stop moving

The cost is that the life you could create keeps getting hijacked by the loop you cannot interrupt.

Train the skill to interrupt the loop and return to movement in minutes instead of losing hours or days inside it.

When the loop becomes visible, movement becomes possible.

What once felt automatic becomes something you can catch. What once felt inevitable becomes something you can interrupt.

You do not need more motivation

You do not need more self-criticism

You do not need to conquer your frustration with positivity

You need a usable skill you can apply in real time. That is what you build in this course.

Three questions. One shift: from stuck to movement.

The moment you ask them, you create space. And in that space, you can see what you could not see before: you are in a loop.

Question 01

What is the experience I am having right now?

Not what happened.
Not what it means.
Not who is wrong.
What am I actually experiencing right now?

Question 02

What is the experience I want?

Not the perfect outcome.
Not the whole solution.
The experience.
Clarity? Calm? Power? Presence? Focus?

Question 03

What is one step I can take to create that experience?

One step.
Not ten.
Not the whole plan.
One honest move.

Not motivation. A usable skill.

Confidence in interrupting the loops that used to run you, and a stronger capacity to act on what matters—personally and professionally.

4 Live Sessions

60-minute weekly sessions focused entirely on reps, practice, and real-time form correction. Not lectures.

WhatsApp Practice Container

Daily prompts, structured reps, and accountability that keep the work moving between sessions.

The Preload

Nathan's book You Begin with Language as your foundation—so live sessions are reps, not theory.

A New Baseline

Loops shorten. Clarity returns faster. You stop losing hours inside the same pattern. You trust yourself more. You move forward with consistency.

Not a one-time insight. A measurable shift.

This course is for people who know something deeper than their circumstances is keeping them stuck.

You may look capable on the outside.

You may even know a lot already.

If something important in your life or work is not moving forward, and you are tired of repeating the same pattern, this course is for you.

Four weeks of reps and implementation.

Week 01
Access

Get It Out of Your Head

Make the loop visible. Clear space so you can see what is happening, experience what is here, and regain orientation.

You will learn:

What a loop actually is

How to spot your recurring patterns

How to externalize the loop as language

Between sessions

Daily 3-question rep (2–5 minutes). Catch 3 loops this week and write them as sentences. No analysis.

Week 02
The Tool

Interrupt. Experience. Choose.

Practice the method in real time on real examples. This is where the three questions stop being ideas and become a usable skill.

Between sessions

Daily 3-question rep with one new rule: your next move must be real, specific, and immediate.

Week 03
The Trap

Stop Feeding the Loop

Future-casting. Rehearsing conversations. Explaining. Judging. Trying to solve the feeling. All of that is movement in your head, but not movement in your life.

You will learn:

The difference between reflection and rumination

How to catch what keeps the loop alive

How to build your own “stop feeding it” cue

Week 04
Execution

From Loops to Action

Take the skill into real-world outcomes. You will translate the method into clean moves: requests, boundaries, repairs, and follow-through.

This is where you stop looping and start moving with consistency.

Completion

Apply the skill to one real situation within 48 hours and build your continuation plan.
